Neck Pain
In today’s world of computers and busy stress filled days, neck problems are more common than ever. They may develop suddenly from a trauma such as whiplash, a fall, or more slowly as a result of spinal imbalances, emotional stress or bad posture. If the bones in your neck are misaligned or not moving properly, there will be a decreased range in motion, which will weaken the supporting muscles. Weakened muscles become more easily stressed properly functioning muscles. So in times of excess use of stress, these muscles may “tighten up” causing stiffness and neck pain.
