Manipulations for Workplace & Auto Accident Injuries
Back pain from a work injury and whiplash or neck pain from an auto accident are among the most common reasons patients seek chiropractic care. These injuries frequently involve soft tissue damage, spinal misalignment, and nerve irritation. These conditions may respond to chiropractic manipulation and rehabilitative therapy.
We’ve provided advanced treatments and natural recovery options to thousands of Pennsylvania patients dealing with work and auto injury pain. Prompt evaluation can also support documentation relevant to workers’ compensation and insurance claims. Physical therapy and soft tissue massage therapy are among the modalities available, and no physician referral is required to begin care.
Treating Sports Injuries & Musculoskeletal Disorders
Dr. Nadler’s sports medicine credentials are extensive. He served as Team Chiropractic Physician for the Philadelphia Soul, the Philadelphia Barrage (three-time Major League Lacrosse Champions), and the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. He was the official team chiropractor for the Philadelphia Freedoms of World Team Tennis and served as Sports Medicine Staff Chiropractic Physician at the 2001 X-Games. At the national level, he was Team Chiropractic Physician for the U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team during the 2009 CONCACAF Gold Cup and was selected as one of the physicians for the 2003 Women’s World Cup of Soccer. He has also treated athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and MLS. That background shapes how patients are evaluated and treated, whether they’re a competitive athlete or someone recovering from a weekend injury.
Sports chiropractic addresses both acute injuries and the cumulative musculoskeletal stress that builds over time in active individuals, with injury prevention and performance optimization alongside pain relief as recognized goals. For sports and musculoskeletal cases, Dr. Nadler performs an in-depth evaluation of your mobility, strength, coordination, speed, and biometrics. On your first visit, X-rays may be taken to better assess your individual case. Depending on your pain’s location and severity, your plan may include radial shockwave therapy or vibration plate therapy.
Dr. Nadler’s Philosophy on Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care, in Dr. Nadler’s view, is about restoring the conditions that let people live fully. In his own words:
“In order to be a whole and complete person, you must feel healthy. Being incapacitated by pain, drug therapy, surgery, etc. can disrupt our lives. I chose to become a chiropractor because of the excellent results and recovery time people may experience through the natural process of chiropractic care. My patients are often back on their feet with reduced pain sooner than those who use traditional pharmaceutical or surgical intervention.”
That philosophy extends to how every case is approached:
“A large part of your care is about finding and healing the source of the patients’ symptoms, not just treating them. I find the causes behind the symptoms.”
Before entering chiropractic practice, Dr. Nadler earned an A.S. and L.P.T.A. in Physical Therapy from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr and served on staff at St. Agnes Medical Center as a burn therapist. This clinical foundation informs his integrated approach to treatment. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Massage Therapy Association, keeping our practice current with evolving research and clinical standards.
